How to use:
- it is a product that is not used as such on the skin, only as an ingredient in cosmetic preparations, perfumes and compositions for aromatherapy;
- diluted in vegetable oil, in the form of massage on the abdomen in case of digestive insufficiency, spasms, colic, bloating, nausea, appetite stimulation;
- diluted in vegetable oil, in the form of massage on the spine for relaxation, toning, increasing the appetite for life;
- as an ingredient in creams, balms, body butters or preparations for warming massage; usual dosage recommended in cosmetic compositions 0.1-2%;
- as a perfume essence for cosmetic compositions, perfumes and toilet products;
- diffused in the air alone or combined with other essences, to create an atmosphere that favors the elimination of states of apathy, low libido, physical and mental exhaustion.
