Essensey Magnesium Citrate + Ashwagandha

This dietary supplement contains magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate, ashwagandha root extract, and vitamin B6. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Suitable for vegetarians.

How to use:

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient water.
The recommended daily dose of the product is 1 capsule.

Ingredients:

75% magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)], 8% Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) [1.5% withanolides], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0.2% pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)
The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

This product should not be consumed if you are taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Do not use in children, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding.
