Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour mixture (millet flour, teff flour), tapioca starch, psyllium flour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity stabilizer: citric acid
May contain traces of NUTS.

Method of preparation: For 5 pieces of vanilla muffins:
Ingredients : 125g flour mix, 45g Erythritol, 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor, 155g water at room temperature.
- Knead the ingredients and put them in the form of silicone muffins.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes
