Magnesium and Calcium contribute to the normal functioning of the muscular system.
Magnesium (250 mg) contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
Calcium (450 mg) as the essential component of the body, is necessary to maintain the health of the bone system and contributes to normal neurotransmission.
Vitamin D3 (10μg) as an integration element, contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium.

Recommendations:
- periods of intense physical and mental stress due to sport, profession;
- situations in which it is necessary to restore calcium reserves (hypocalcemia).

Administration method:

Courses of 10 days per month for 6 months or continuous administration for 2 months followed by a month off.
