Magnesium citrate is one of the most popular and best assimilated forms of magnesium in dietary supplements.

Active ingredients per capsule:

How to use: 

• As a magnesium supplement, for mental and muscular relaxation, 1-3 capsules/day, preferably taken during meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid
• To reduce the potential laxative effect, take one capsule separately, 1-3 times a day
• For a laxative effect, take 2-3 capsules in a single dose, preferably in the evening, before bedtime
• The capsules can be swallowed as is or can be opened and the powder dissolved in water.

Precautions:

• Overdosing the product may cause abdominal discomfort (diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, cramps)
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek specialist advice before use
