Properties:
- magnesium glycinate, with fast absorption, which can contribute to the health of the nervous system and resistance to fatigue and stress;
- magnesium glycinate is one of the forms of magnesium with the highest bioavailability, and its absorption in the body is enhanced in combination with inulin.

Mode of administration:
1 capsule 1-2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, during meals, with a glass of plain water (intended for children at least 14 years old and adults).

Ingredients:
