Ingredient quantities:

1 capsule contains:

- Standardized powdered nettle leaf extract (2.75 mg mg [1%] silicon) – 275 mg

- Powdered, unprocessed nettle leaves – 200 mg

Suggested dosage:

adults one capsule a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Instructions for use:

It is best to take it during a meal.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
