How to use:

Before the first use, give a short injection into the space to start the system. Place a child under 2 years old on one side, a child over 2 years old should sit down . Tilt the child's head to one side (never back) and gently insert the applicator into the upper nostril. Inject once or twice into each nostril.

The recommended duration of an injection is about 2 to 3 seconds or more, so that the solution reaches the entire nasal cavity and thus cleans it well.
