Trick for makeup artists:

If you want to bring out the maximum color intensity from the shadow, apply it on a wet base. If you want the make-up effect to be super long-lasting, but subtle (or you're not yet a master of blending), powder your eyelids between applying the base and the shadows.

How to use:

The easiest way to apply the foundation is to dab it on the eyelid with your finger immediately before applying the eyeshadows. Try not to spread it too much from one side to the other so that there is the same amount of product in each place. Apply the foundation all over the eyelid, both on its moving side and under the eyebrow.
