Recommended use

Adults and children from 12 years: 6 capsules twice a day or 12 capsules once a day. Take with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Use for 2 to 3 months. It is recommended to repeat the treatment 3 times a year, do not interrupt the treatment.
