Conceptio® Donna provides essential vitamins and trace elements recognized for their antioxidant power:

• Selenium, Zinc: in addition to their antioxidant action, they intervene in the mechanisms of female reproduction.
• Vitamin C3: together with vitamin E, it protects cells from damage caused by free radicals.
• It also contains B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12) essential for the correct development of ovulation. Vitamin B9, also called folic acid, plays a key role in the production of new cells, which is especially important during the early stages of fetal development. The recommended dose during the periconception period is 400 micrograms per day.

Conceptio® Donna was also created to deal with pregnancy. Recent studies have shown that during the periconception period an additional contribution of iodine and DHA (essential fatty acids) is necessary. They are essential for the brain development of the fetus. Regarding DHA, the recommended nutritional reference value is 250 mg for pregnant women.

Conceptio® Men combines:

• 3 g L-Carnitine: substance present in sperm. Clinical studies have shown that taking 3 g of L-Carnitine per day for a period of 3 months has a positive influence on sperm concentration, morphology and motility.
• 800 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): several studies have observed that lower than average DHA levels cause a decrease in sperm mobility, making it more difficult for the egg to be fertilized.
• 100% RDA in zinc and 91% RDA in selenium: selenium and zinc are two trace elements involved in male reproductive mechanisms. An additional contribution in Selenium allows you to recover normal spermatogenesis. As for zinc, several studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of a supplement to improve fertility.
• The Enzy Ox® Complex is the combination of CoQ10, Vitamin E and Vitamin B6: these three ingredients act in synergy to reduce oxidative stress. CoQ10 is a substance present naturally in the body. It is a powerful antioxidant that protects against free radicals and activates energy production in the body. It helps reduce the degradation of spermatozoa in the seminal fluid. CoQ10 and vitamin E work together for "self-regeneration". Vitamin B6 is essential for the body's natural synthesis of CoQ10.
