Large-flowered mullein flower – Verbascum densiflorum

Baikal shell – Scutellaria baicalensis

Garlic and onion – Allium sativum

Ginger rhizome – Zingiber officinale

How to use:

1) In the form of infusion. Each time, use a full teaspoon of herbs per infusion glass. Boiling water is poured over it. Cover up to 30 minutes. Strain and drink. Drink a glass of infusion 3 times a day.

2) In the form of tincture. Pour the mixture into a large jar and pour in 1.4 liters of vodka. Stir daily. After two weeks, it creeps up. You can add honey. Take half a teaspoon 3 times a day.

3) As an oil and vinegar maceration. Pour the mixture into a large jar, add apple cider vinegar and linseed oil (1 liter of each). Stir daily. After two weeks, it creeps up. Take one tablespoon 3-4 times a day.
