Properties:

Way of ussage:
It is administered during training with small sips every 15-20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training take 1 portion per hour, between the second and third hour of training take 2 portions per hour, after 3 hours of training take 3 portions per hour. To prepare the drink, add 1 grated cup (35 g) to every 500 ml of water. Mix well before administration.
It can be used from the age of 15 with dose adjustment.

Ingredients:
Glucose, fructose, magnesium, iodized sea salt (sea salt, iodine), acidity regulator (citric acid), potassium, coloring (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins), flavors. May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten, eggs or lupine. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Precautions:
Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
After opening, it must be consumed within a maximum of 4 months.
In the case of people with diabetes, attention must be paid to the sugar content and consumed according to the needs of exercise and blood sugar.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it can only be administered on the recommendation of a doctor.
Special attention should be paid in case of renal insufficiency.
