Properties:
Magnesium Neuro Biotics is a combination of magnesium, vitamins, ashwagandha and beneficial bacterial cultures.
- Magnesium can contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion (like folic and pantothenic acid), normal energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system and maintaining mental health;
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal energy metabolism;
- Ashwagandha has adaptogenic properties and can help in periods of mental, nervous and anxiety tension, can contribute to support relaxation, mental and physical well-being, emotional balance and general well-being.

Mode of administration:
Adults: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, after the meal, preferably in the morning and at lunch.

magnesium bisglycinate 750 mg (magnesium 150 mg); magnesium pidolate 200 mg (magnesium 17 g); 15-20:1 Ashwagandha/Withania Somnifera root extract, standardized to min. 2.5% withanolides and 0.25% withaferin-A (SHADANDHA®) 25 mg; L-selenomethionine (SELENIUM SELECT®) 5.5 mg (27.5 mcg selenium); calcium pantothenate 3.275 mg (3 mg vitamin B5); Bacillus coagulans 100x109 CFU/g 3 mg; Bifidobacterium lactis 500x109 CFU/g 2.5 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride 0.85 mg (0.7 mg vitamin B6); thiamine hydrochloride 0.7 mg (0.55 mg vitamin B1); vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.7 mg; 6(S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (glucosamine salt) containing 57% folic acid (QUATREFOLIC®) 100 mcg (57 mcg folic acid); vitamin D3 (100,000 IU cholecalciferol/g) 1 mg (100 IU/2.5 mcg cholecalciferol); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1.25 mcg and inactive ingredients: hardening agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, croscarmellose sodium; bulking agents: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: partially pregelatinized corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate, stearic acid. The coating film of the tablet contains: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isomalt, medium chain triglycerides, indigo carmine dye with aluminum lacquer, yellow iron oxide.
