Internal use:
-3 drops 3 times a day, diluted in a little warm water. Take this mixture and hold it in your mouth for at least 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then swallow. In this way we destroy the pathogens and viruses in the oral cavity, the contained oils evaporate and can penetrate the nose, pharynx, larynx and bronchi, up to the lungs.
External use:
-Massage with invigorating effect: if a respiratory condition has the effect of muscle pain, 1-2 drops can be added to a cream or gel with which a massage is done to activate circulation, at the same time the volatile oils from composition also making breathing easier.
-Aromatherapy: add 2-3 drops to water and put in the aromatherapy lamp or in the aromatherapy diffuser, The active substances released into the air in the room, relax and clear the airways and disinfect the air in the room. This mode of use is indicated especially during the night.
