Heavyweight Carbiotics™ provides a special blend of carbohydrates with no added simple sugars. The base is a blend of high quality "whole grain" oat carbohydrates, maltodextrin and trehalose. Trehalose is a non-reducing sugar from the disaccharide group. It consists of two glucose molecules connected by a 1,1 bond. The fact that trehalose can be synthesized in three different ways already indicates that this substance is very important in the body. The combination of these top carbohydrates guarantees that the body is supplied with very stable long-term energy without major fluctuations.

Dosage

Mix a 150g dose (1 level measuring cup of 250ml**) in 350ml water in a shaker or blender until smooth and use immediately. Take 2 servings (300g) per day. For people who do not use this product, we recommend that you start with 1 dose and gradually increase the dose to 2 doses per day or more. If you want a creamier and more energetic drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. The product is suitable for consumption throughout the day between meals or 20 to 30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not consume more than 4 servings per day.
