Tone activator specially designed to be used with Tone SHINE and Tone INTENSE. Correct use provides optimal color results.
It is used mixed with Tone paint. It is applied to freshly clean hair, without being loaded with styling products! Mix rate 1:2, 1 part paint - 2 parts emulsion. Action time: 20-30 minutes. Apply from root to tip, evenly.
