Description
Spotted lungwort 50g Astron
Lungwort, known as lungwort, has a beneficial effect on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract.
Dry lungwort is odorless, has a sour and slightly astringent taste. It contains tannins, as well as wax, mucus and mineral salts.
How to use: pour 1 teaspoon with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes. It is drunk 1-2 times a day.
It is recommended not to exceed the daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
