Description
Tanno-Hermal® cream contains synthetic tannin, which strengthens the skin barrier and has an astringent and drying effect. The oozing, inflamed skin lesions are dry and a protective film is formed on their surface. Drying out the scabs deprives the bacteria and fungi of food, which helps stop the skin infection from spreading further.
Tanno-Hermal® cream reduces itching, soothes irritations and allows skin regeneration. The preparation is used in the course of superficial skin conditions accompanied by inflammation, exudate and itching, such as atopic dermatitis or eczema of the hands.
