Vitamin D & Cofactors is a dietary supplement that combines the action of vitamin D3 with that of vitamin K2 and magnesium, offering excellent protection against bone loss.

One of the main roles of vitamin D is to maintain normal levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood.

• Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium, which forms and maintains strong bones. It also strengthens the immune system and regulates the action of the endocrine system
• Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from being deposited where the body does not need it – on blood vessels, in soft tissues, etc.
• Vitamin K2 also supports bone mineralization, helps maintain cholesterol within normal limits, reduces inflammation and prevents bleeding
• Magnesium helps activate vitamin D and also supports muscle health and the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients:

• Magnesium citrate – 1000 mg (with a content of 90 mg of ionic magnesium)
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 75 micrograms / 3000 IU
• Vitamin K2-MK7 (menaquinone 7) – 50 micrograms

How to use:
