Chlorella is a single-celled green algae rich in chlorophyll, protein, vitamins (A, B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, C, E, K), calcium, essential fatty acids, folic acid and beta-carotene. In its dry form, the proportion of nutrients is: 45% protein, 20% fat, 20% carbohydrates, 10% minerals, 5% fibre and vitamins.
It helps restore and maintain the acid-base balance in the body, strengthens the immune system, eliminates heavy metals, helps the colon function normally and keeps cholesterol within normal limits.
In what form is Chlorella found?
Chlorella supplements are most often administered in powder and tablet form, but are also available in capsules.
How is Chlorella administered?
Tablets: 3 tablets twice a day, before or during meals, with sufficient water.
Capsules: 1 capsule 4 times a day.
Powder: For children weighing between 10 and 30 kg, the optimal dosage is 1-2 g per day (one teaspoon).
For women (50-70 kg), the recommended daily dose is 4-5 g.
For men (>70 kg), the recommended daily dose is 6-10 g.
Are there any side effects when taking Chlorella?
Although it is a completely natural product, chlorella may cause side effects in some people: nausea, headaches, acne, fatigue, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, dizziness.
Can it interact with other medications or other diseases?

What happens in case of Chlorella overdose?
