Due to its high content of 5-HTP, Griffonia contributes to the synthesis of serotonin, supports relaxation and mental well-being. Valerian and Passiflora help to maintain a normal sleep, support calmness in case of irritability during stressful periods. Ingredients/Composition:

Tribasic magnesium citrate monohydrate, 10:1 hydroalcoholic extract of Griffonia seeds (Griffonia simplicifolia), with 30% L-5-HTP/ 5-hydroxytryptophan, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), 4:1 dry hydroalcoholic extract of roots of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), with 0.7% sesquiterpenic acids expressed in valerenic acid, dry extract (maltodextrin) from aerial parts of Passion flower (Passiflora incarnate), with 4% flavonoids, lactose monohydrate (bulking agent), polyplasdone XL (stabilizer), talc and magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).

Mode of administration:

1 tablet each 3 times a day, in the morning, at lunch and in the evening, preferably on an empty stomach or as recommended by the doctor.

Contraindications:

Contraindicated to people with lactose intolerance or allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Contraindicated for children and young people under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as in case of cancerous tumors, mental illness or during the first two weeks of administration of antidepressant drugs. Administer with caution to people with previous ischemic episodes (myocardial infarction, angina), spasm of the coronary artery or hypertension. It may interact with antidepressants (serotonin, MAOIs) or products based on St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) when administered concurrently.
