Properties:
L-lysine is an essential amino acid (essential amino acids are the building blocks of proteins) that has an important role in tissue growth and regeneration, in the production of hormones, enzymes and antibodies as well as in the formation of collagen. It can also help speed up the healing of cold sores (cold sores) and reduce their occurrence in the future.
