Size choice: It is recommended to choose the size according to the size of the areola (nipple size)
To choose the size of your pair of shells, take into account the diameter of your areola. The shells do not have to cover the entire areola, but they should protect the nipple.

Size S: between 5 and 5.5 cm
Size M: between 5.5 and 6 cm
Size L: more than 6cm
