Description:
Brown raisins are among the most popular dried fruits and find their place both in deserts and in salads or exotic dishes. They are obtained from a variety of seedless grapes grown along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, in Greece, Cyprus or Turkey. The berries are gathered when the concentration of sugars is maximum and are dried either in the sun or in special ovens.

Brown raisins have a greater therapeutic effect because they are richer in nutrients, such as vitamins A and C, calcium and potassium.
