Features:
Essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the Anethum Graveolens plant.

Action:
Dill essential oil has carminative, antispasmodic, diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties. It favors digestion, is diuretic, galactogenic (increases milk secretion), acts as an anti-inflammatory on hemorrhoids and fights insomnia. It is recommended in the treatment of anorexia, indigestion, cardiac and urinary tract diseases and the treatment of various internal and external inflammations.

How to use:
- internal: 2-4 drops of oil diluted in honey 2-3 times/day.
-external: baths 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml water, inhalations with 8 drops per 100 ml of hot water.
