- folic acid (folate) can contribute to the normal synthesis of amino acids and the process of cell division, to the proper functioning of hematopoiesis, to the normal metabolism of homocysteine;
- folate can contribute to maintaining mental health and reducing fatigue and exhaustion, to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy and to the normal functioning of the immune system;
- in the case of pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding, the maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) at least 200 mg/day can contribute to the normal development of the eyes, vision and brain of the fetus and breastfed infants.

Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day, at least one hour after the main meals.

Microalgae powder (Schizochytrium sp.) containing min. 30% DHA and min. 6% calcium (ALGIA™ DHA FFA) 335 mg; mixture of cultures of beneficial bacteria in the ratio 1:1:1:1 LAB2PRO MOM™ (Bifidobacterium bifidum min. 100×109 UFC/g, Bifidobacterium breve min. 100×109 UFC/g, Bifidobacterium longum min. 100×109 UFC/g, Bifidobacterium infantis min. 100×109 UFC/g) 20 mg; (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt (folic acid 57%) (QUATREFOLIC®) 300 mcg (folic acid 171 mcg); anti-caking agents: corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc; loading agent: lactose monohydrate. The capsule contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
