Gluten-free chickpea spaghetti, 250 g, Sam Mills [5941634004758]
- chickpea pasta rich in 25% protein is a natural gluten free product made only from chickpeas;
- the unique production technique allows the pasta to keep its true al dente consistency, in addition to its unmistakable aroma;
- represents an important source of proteins and fibers for vegans, vegetarians or those who adopt a healthy lifestyle;
- they have a low content of carbohydrates, salt and no added sugar;
- they are healthy both for celiacs or those with gluten intolerance, as well as for children;
- they are made only from non-genetically modified (non-GMO) chickpeas, of high quality and do not contain artificial ingredients, dyes, flavors, additives or preservatives.
Boil 1 liter of water for 100 g of pasta, add salt to taste.
Add the pasta to the boiling water.
Boil on low heat for approx. 6-8 min (recommended time), uncovered, stirring occasionally.
After the boiling time has expired, the pasta is strained and rinsed with warm water.
They are served warm according to preferences.
