Recommended daily dose
1 capsule a day

The product is intended for adults and children over 11 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage and precautions
Store in a tightly closed container, out of the reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light.
It is recommended to store the product in a cool place (temp. 5-10°C).
