Description
Creatine is the body's own substance. The human body has the ability to synthesize keratin from the amino acids arginine, methionine and glycine. Creatine is part of creatine phosphate, which is the fastest and most ready source for ATP resynthesis during short and very intense exercises. Its reserves in the muscles are greater than ATP reserves. It is found naturally mainly in muscle tissue, especially in red meat and fish.
The effects of PURE creatine:
*Creatine increases physical performance during short consecutive doses of very intense exercise. *The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
PURE creatine is intended for:
- adults who perform very intense physical exercise
- for sprinters, powerlifting, for crossfit
- elderly people
- vegetarians (not included in a plant-based diet)
Recommended dose:
- loading phase: 5 g of creatine 4-5 times a day in the first week. The goal of this phase is the maximum saturation of the muscles with creatine.
- maintenance phase: 5g creatine 1-2 times a day for 4-6 weeks.
- we recommend taking: preferably on an empty stomach with a carbohydrate drink, before training, immediately after training and before bed
We recommend a 2-week break between next use.
Preparation:
