Composition

Iron, purified water, activated carbon, salt (sodium chloride), sodium acrylate, monzonite quartz powder, vermiculite Do not use during pregnancy or during abnormal menstrual cycles (e.g. heavy bleeding).

How to use

1. Remove the patch from the packaging.

2. Gently shake the patch to activate the ingredients; the feeling of warmth will appear immediately.

3. Remove the adhesive tape from the patch.

4. Apply the patch to the outside of the underwear, on the lower abdomen or back.
