Probiotic (friendly) bacteria are an essential part of our intestines and are called gut microflora. Intestinal microflora contributes significantly to immunity, participates in digestion and absorption, helps produce vitamin B12 and vitamin K, and represents a natural barrier to pathogenic microorganisms. Up to 40 billion CFU per day of 9 strains of friendly bacteria checked and precisely specified suitable during and after the use of antibiotics, recommended for travel and changing diet to supplement the intestinal microflora for adults and children from 3 years old, also suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding women.

Recommended dosage

1-2 capsules per day, during meals. Microorganisms are able to survive in the stomach or intestines under different conditions, but their survival is better if taken with food, e.g. oatmeal with low-fat milk, compared to just having it with water or juice. If you or your child cannot swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a little liquid up to 30°C.
