Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formula consisting of three fruits: amalaki ( Emblica officinalis , also known as amla), bibhitaki ( Terminia bellirica ) and haritaki ( Terminia chebula ). The name "triphala" comes from the Sanskrit words "tri" (three) and "phala" (fruit), meaning "three fruits."

- Amalaki, also known as Indian gooseberry, is the fruit of the tannin leaf flower ( Emblica officinalis ). It is an Indian tree whose root, bark, leaves, flowers and fruits are widely used. Amla naturally supports the proper functioning of digestion and the immune system.
- Bibhitaki, also called Beheda, comes from the Terminalia bellirica tree. In India, bibhitaki fruit oil is often used to prepare everyday dishes.
- Haritaki fruit, known as Harada, comes from the almond tree ( Terminalia chebula ). They are mainly used in soil form. This herb supports proper metabolism and blood cholesterol and helps maintain liver health.
The beneficial effect resulting from the declared action occurs when consuming 2 vegan tablets per day. A pack of 120 tablets allows 2 months of supplementation.
