Start your day with protein porridge

Based on gluten-free oat flakes, which is also suitable for celiacs. It is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates with a high protein content and also contains calcium and vitamins D and K2 for optimal bone health.

Recommended dose:

• A dose of 50 g is suitable as breakfast or snack in the morning and afternoon , always with an interval of at least 90 minutes after the next regular meal
