Product in the form of Thai noodles made from organic Konnyaku (KONJAC) flour and oat fiber.
BetterThanNoodlesTM is a source of fiber and a low-calorie alternative, low glycemic index and free of gluten, wheat, fat, sugar or salt. Our preparations are made with organic Konnyaku flour, from the root of an ancient Japanese organic plant called Konjac. Suitable for celiacs, vegans and vegetarians, Konnyaku has been consumed in Japan for many centuries. Eaten individually they have a neutral taste but, added to healthy ingredients, the noodles absorb the flavor so that you can enjoy a healthy and delicious meal

Preparation method:
Step 1: drain the water from the package and rinse the noodles with cold water;
Step 2: Add to your favorite dishes such as soups, stews, stir-fries or salads.
Boil for 5 minutes, drain the water and add to your favorite ingredients.
Cook without oil in a non-stick pan for five minutes and add to your favorite ingredients.
Purified water, organic Konnyaku (konjac) flour, oat fiber.

Precautions:
Storage: keep in a cool and dry place.
Do not freeze. Once opened, keep in water for a maximum of two days.
