Milk thistle oil. Contains vitamins A, B, E and D, antioxidants and carotenoids. It has a bitter taste. Ideal for seasoning salads, but it can also be used as a massage oil.
Use
You can use it for cooking (especially suitable for salads or porridge), but it can also be used during massage or skin care .
Dosage
