Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable stearic acid; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; thickening agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet daily with water, preferably during a meal.
