Description
Features:
- Baking powder is a dry chemical yeast that is used to increase the volume and lighten the texture of baked goods.

- The acidity regulator is tartaric acid or potassium tartrate, the leavening agent is sodium bicarbonate or sodium bicarbonate
- We use baking powder when we don't want to have the unwanted taste of yeast fermentation products in our baked goods.
Use
Use it in the same way as regular baking powder. Add 3 teaspoons (17g) of powder to 500g of loose ingredients. If this powder is used instead of ordinary baking powder in a bag, then 3 teaspoons of this powder corresponds to one sachet of ordinary baking powder.
Baking powder made from baking soda and cream of wine tends to start rising even at room temperature. That's why we recommend putting the dough in the oven and baking it as soon as possible after incorporating the baking powder. This is especially true for thinner, scrubbed roads.
Storage
Always store tightly closed in a dry place.
