100% WHEY PREMIUM contains whey protein concentrate (WPC). It is a product of dairy origin with a very high content of complete proteins. WPC, thanks to the very high content of essential exogenous amino acids, has a very good biological value, BV = 104. Whey protein, also due to the high content of l-leucine (belonging to BCAA) - an amino acid that activates the mTOR muscle protein synthesis pathway, has much greater anabolic properties than, for example, plant proteins.
