It significantly stimulates the activity of the cardiovascular system, supports fat burning and, in addition, increases performance during intense (sports) activities. It also positively affects the central nervous system by supporting the production of endorphins, which improves mood and motivation for exercise. The maximum recommended dose is 1500 mg of L-tyrosine (ie 3 capsules) per day.
