Aura Herbals ATA Mg ^® Magnesium Complex is a food supplement in capsules developed for adults to supplement the daily magnesium diet. The recommended daily dose (4 capsules) helps to provide the diet with 257.9 mg of magnesium, which covers up to 68.7% of the daily requirement of this mineral. The formula of the preparation includes, among others: magnesium malate, standardized to 11.3% magnesium, magnesium salts of citric acid, standardized to 14.5% magnesium and an innovative, bioavailable source of magnesium - acetyl magnesium taurate, including 6.5 % magnesium (ATA Mg ^® ).

The valuable ingredients are included in ^Vcaps® vegetable capsules made of vegetable cellulose, which are colored with a natural dye, i.e. carrot concentrate. The preparation is manufactured under "clean label" assumptions.
