Description
High quality red Rooibos tea is made from red bush leaves. The leaves of the collected plant are cut into small pieces and then subjected to the oxidation process. The dried small leaf fragments are then sifted. The dried plant obtained in this way produces a delicious infusion with the sweet aroma of honey and golden color. Rooibos tea is a rich source of minerals and trace elements (iron, potassium, copper, calcium, manganese, fluorine, sodium, zinc, magnesium), has a high content of antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids and vitamin C.
