Preparation:
For one serving of ^{Cellufine® VERISOL®} Collagen Peptide Collagen Powder, fill a container with 200 ml of cold, still water. and add 2.5 g of powder (1 slightly heaped scoop). Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. A little foam is normal.

Tip: To make a ^{Cellufine® VERISOL®} Collagen Peptide Collagen Powder Drink in your favorite flavor, fill a container with 50 ml of cold, still water and 2.5 g of powder (1 slightly heaped scoop). Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Then top it up with 100-150 ml of your favorite juice, a smoothie, or another beverage.

Recommended intake: Take one serving (2.5 g powder – 1 slightly heaped scoop) of ^{Cellufine® VERISOL®} Collagen Peptides once daily. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of water per day in addition.
