MCT oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) is a fat consisting of fatty acids with a medium carbon chain length. It is easily digestible and quickly converted into energy. It occurs naturally in some products such as coconut oil, palm oil, and cow and goat milk. This ingredient is popular among physically active people and people on a ketogenic diet.

How to use: Open one sachet. Add all contents to min. 100 ml of water or other liquid, e.g. cocktail or coffee. Mix thoroughly and consume.

Recommended portion: 1 sachet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions: Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. Please remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient of the supplement. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
