Properties:
Coconut oil is one of the most used oils in natural cosmetics and food due to its numerous nutritional properties (vitamin E, vitamin K, minerals, phytosterols) as well as due to the high content of saturated fats (lauric acid). Coconut oil is in solid form, and at a temperature of 24°C it liquefies. Of the many types of oil, coconut oil is one of the best choices for cooking because it is high in saturated fat (over 90%), which means it is less prone to spoilage when heated to high temperatures . Also, added to food, coconut oil significantly improves the absorption of important minerals such as magnesium and calcium, some B vitamins, fat-soluble vitamins (such as A, D, E, K) and some amino acids. It is easy to digest, quickly processed by the liver and is not fattening. It is a key ingredient in vegan or raw-vegan diets.

Way of ussage:
It is used externally for treatment and maintenance: in hair care, dandruff treatment, helps restore damaged hair after dyeing; in skin care, prevents dryness, roughness or wrinkles that may appear on the skin; as a sexual lubricant (not to be used at the same time as a condom); as a deodorant (along with a suitable essential oil).
