Description
Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement, based on Quatrefolic (folic acid), EPA, DHA and with lactoferrin and vitamin C.
Folic acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the physiological development of the brain and eyes of the fetus and breastfed infants.
These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is equivalent to 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a sip of water.
