Femibion® 3 Breastfeeding is a dietary supplement designed to meet the needs of postpartum women who decide to breastfeed.

A preparation in two forms: capsules and tablets allows you to provide the body with a large amount of folic acid, B vitamins (B6, B12, riboflavin, thiamine, pantothenic acid), vitamins A, C, D, E, minerals (selenium, zinc) and an essential unsaturated fatty acid from the omega-3 acid family - docosahexaenoic acid fish oil (DHA).

The formula was supplemented with choline, considered a vitamin-like substance due to its significant biological importance.

DHA – omega-3 acid

Maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the fetus and breastfed infant. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA

B vitamins

Folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, which can be particularly important in the first weeks after birth. Choline contributes to the maintenance of proper homocysteine ​​metabolism and supports proper fat metabolism.

Vitamin C + D and zinc + iron

Vitamin C, D and zinc support the proper functioning of the immune system. At the same time, zinc combined with biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin.
