Femibion 1 meets the special requirements of women who want to become pregnant or are in the first weeks of pregnancy.

Femibion 1 reduces the risk of neural tube defects in the foetus. Femibion contains folic acid, metafolin, iron, choline, selenium, iodine, vitamin D, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamins C and E, which together contribute to the optimal functioning of the immune system,

the normal process of cell division, the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells, the reduction of fatigue and the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Folate leads to an increase in maternal tissue during pregnancy, which contributes to the supply of nutrients necessary for the development of the baby.

Femibion 2 is specially developed to support the special requirements from the 13th week of pregnancy onwards.

It contains folate, metafolin, lutein, magnesium, selenium, zinc, iron, DHA, vitamin D, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, iodine, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid, ensuring the necessary folic acid intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding and helping even women who cannot metabolise folic acid at an optimal level.

Femibion 1: 1 tablet per day with water, preferably with the main meal.

Femibion 2: take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day with water, preferably with your main meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The manufacturer does not mention any side effects when taking the product if the dosage instructions are followed.

This supplement is contraindicated in people who are hypersensitive to any of its compounds. It is not recommended for people with hyperthyroidism (due to the iodine in the composition) without the advice of a doctor. Femibion 2 is contraindicated in people who are allergic to fish.

Like Femibion 2, Elevit 2 contains omega-3 fatty acids that help with optimal brain and vision development in children, support immunity and normal foetal development starting in week 13 of pregnancy.
