On the side intended for contact with the wound, the sheath is covered with a hydrogel layer composed of a polyurea-polyurethane hybrid polymer containing water and propylene glycol. Hydrotac comfort is lined with a self-adhesive edge, covered with a layer of polyacrylate adhesive (therefore fixing the cover is not necessary).
