A very effective mixture for use in joint and muscle inflammation. It also has analgesic and antirheumatic properties and removes unnecessary metabolites, reducing the risk of gout.

Ingredients in equal proportions:

• Willow with white bark – Salix alba
• Dandelion root – Levisticum officinale
• Common Fly-Plant - Leonurus cardiaca
• Elder flower – Sambucus nigra
• Meadow flower – Filipendula ulmaria
• Hawthorn inflorescence – Crataegus laevigata
• Silver birch leaves – Betula pendula
• Common rue herb – Ruta graveolens
• Common plant - Cnicus benedictus
• Rough plant – Galeopsis tetrahit
• Troscot – Polygonum aviculare

How to use: Pour a spoonful with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for min. 30 minutes.

Drink a glass of infusion 3 times a day.
